This vintage 80’s polka dot dress is so very stylish. It features an attractive rounded collar neckline which fastens at the shoulder with cloth covered buttons and a thin tie. The waist is elasticated and it comes complete with the original belt. The material is quite sheer so it would possibly need a slip beneath. Looks lovely dressed up or down.
