This vintage blouse dated back to the 80’s and was designed by Simon Ellis.
It features a statement fan print in black which stands out beautifully on the yellow background. It features a wrap over neckline which fastens with small press studs and has an attractive bow to one side, I especially love the long hanging frill. Looks lovely dressed up or down.
In very good vintage condition.
